Golf in Bangladesh
Twenty courses, six of them genuinely good, a season that runs through the northern winter, and green fees that would embarrass most of Asia. One of the last places in the region where you can play championship golf without booking six months ahead.

A golfing country hiding in plain sight
Golf arrived in Bangladesh the way it arrived across South Asia — with the military and the civil service — and for most of the last century it stayed there. The courses were laid out inside cantonments by engineers and soldiers who had played elsewhere and wanted somewhere to play here.
The result is unusual: mature parkland, decades old, with established trees and genuinely interesting routing — and almost nobody outside the country knows it exists.
Come and play. We will handle the rest.
