Tournament registration

Register for any club championship, the weekly game or an international tour. Entries are confirmed by email with your tee time and playing partners.

Entry form

One form per player. The tournament desk confirms every entry by email, normally four days before the fixture.

Before you enter

Entry closes seven days before each fixture, or when the field is full.
Divisions are Gross, Net A–C, Ladies and Junior, subject to field size.
No handicap? Enter the New Golfer flight — it is a real division.

Conditions of entry

The same rules apply to every fixture and to every player, member or guest.

Entry order

Members enter first. Life members hold priority in oversubscribed fields, then order-of-merit standing, then handicap.

Confirmation

Entries are confirmed by email with your tee time and playing partners, normally four days before the fixture.

Withdrawal

Withdraw more than 48 hours before the fixture for a full refund of the entry fee. Later withdrawals forfeit the fee.

Handicaps

Bring your current WHS record. Players without a handicap may enter non-qualifying divisions and the New Golfer flight.

Dress and conduct

Collared shirt, golf shoes, no denim. The Rules of Golf as approved by The R&A apply to every club fixture.

Guests

Members may bring guests twice per season at the guest rate. Life members may bring two guests to any fixture.
